RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items, digital products, and opened supplements are non-returnable. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1: Email support@titansportglobal.store with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@titansportglobal.store to arrange an exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately. No questions. No delays. Crown Edition standard — always.
